In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
O young people, Allah created you from a despised water. “And it is He Who has created man from water, and has appointed for him kindred by blood, and kindred by marriage. And your Lord is Ever All-Powerful (to do what He wills).” [Surat Al Furqan: 54]. And granted you minds to think, ears to hear, and sights to see. “Then He fashioned him in due proportion, and breathed into him the soul (created by Allah for that person); and He gave you hearing (ears), sight (eyes) and hearts. Little is the thanks you give!” [Surat As-Sajdah: 9].
You are living your youth which is the best period of man’s age. It is the period which children dream to reach and old people regret to miss. During which a person may be pious and good or sinful and naughty. Allah shall ask you about the times you waste in cursing, mockery, and ridicule. “Verily, the hearing, and the sight, and the heart, of each of those one will be questioned (by Allah).” [Surat Al Isra’: 36].
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “The feet of the son of Adam will not move away from his Lord on the Day of Resurrection till he is asked about five things: About his life, how he spent it; about his youth, how he passed it; about his wealth, how he eared and on what he spent; and what he did with his knowledge?” [Reported by At-Tirmidhy with a good chain of transmission].
Have not you thought about using your life in things which are beneficial for you and for the people?
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “Seize five things before five things: your youth before your aging, your health before your illness, your wealth before your poverty, your free time before your engagement, and your life before your death.”
Whoever wastes his youth shall regret where it is too late.
I ask Allah to grant you success for what He loves.
“And you will remember what I am telling you, and my affair I leave it to Allah. Verily, Allah is the All-Seer of (His) slaves.” [Surat Ghafir: 44].
And peace be upon those who follow the guidance.
